Led the: solution evaluation; sourcing selection process; data transfer process; day one application transfer; and SQL Server (2016) and Windows Server (2016 - ongoing) migration. Originally planned as a six month project. Planning for the data transfer, application cutover, and physical server needs allowed the project to be completed ahead of schedule. A massive library of customer and internal data and applications were managed during customer service windows to minimize end customer service interruptions for automotive and utility customers.

Applications now run faster with PCI compliant data security and rock solid disaster recovery redundant failover and data backups. The company now requires 25% less in house technical support and has infinite capacity for development and secure data storage expansion. Additional savings in software costs, energy consumption, and hardware replacement costs are anticipated.

Also, developed an on-site IT hardware replacement schedule with negotiated standardized equipment pricing which will: facilitate employee productivity; provide budget certainty; and simplify technical support requirements.
