Solved alignment, wheel balance, and braking issues which ultimately took Escort vehicle chassis quality from the Worst-in-Ford to the Best-in-Class across all small vehicles in America earning the Ford 1996 VC1 Award of Excellence for Chassis Quality Improvement.

Performed extensive customer research and data analysis to determine the most significant customer concerns. Utilized quality disciplines (8D and Six Sigma analysis) to develop and implement solutions which were a combination of: automation, error proofing, in-line quality control, process improvements, and training.
